From 25 September to 30 September 2022, the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (AHK Azerbaijan) organised a business and educational trip from Switzerland with SVIT Switzerland, represented by Mr Ivo Cathomen and Mr Marcel Hug, CEOs of the company.
On the first day of the business trip, Mr Tobias Baumann, Executive Director of AHK Azerbaijan briefed guests on Azerbaijan's latest economic situation and developments.
During the 6-day trip, the Swiss company representatives participated in business meetings with multiple sectoral Azerbaijani companies and visited the State Committee of Urban Planning and Architecture and the Embassy of Switzerland to Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan. Both sides exchanged views over the various spheres of possible collaboration between SVIT Switzerland and Azerbaijani companies.
Discussions were held to identify existing opportunities for new business cooperation in the development of the real estate industry.
The delegation trip included on-site visits to several important projects like "Knightsbridge Residence" in "White City", "Dreamland Golf Residences", "Sea Breeze Resort", "Crescent Development" and more.
