DACC Europe GmbH looking forward to new business opportunities in Azerbaijan

On 07-11 December 2021, the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (AHK Azerbaijan) organised the delegation trip from Germany with the participation of DACC Europe GmbH company represented by Mr. Marin Shkodrov, the Chief Executive Officer of the company and Mr. Mathias Bild, the Director of Finance Department. 

On the first day of a business trip, the guests were welcomed in the AHK premises and were briefed about the recent developments in Azerbaijan by Mr. Tobias Baumann, Executive Director of AHK Azerbaijan. 

During the 5-day delegation trip, the company representatives paid a visit to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, Muganbank OJSC, Yelo Bank OJSC, Ferrum Capital LLC, AccessBank CJSC, Caspian Innovation Center LLC, Unibank Commercial Bank OJSC, Halal-P LLC / B2B Group LLC, as well as to AzTelekom LLC and Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA). In addition, the guests had an opportunity to meet Mr. Valeh Alasgarov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alat Free Economic Zone Authority. The sides had an exchange of views over the various spheres of possible cooperation between DACC Europe GmbH and Azerbaijan. 

The main focus of discussions was the partnership opportunities between two countries in the development of the technology sector and the investment plans of the DACC Europe GmbH in the region. The participants of the bilateral meetings highlighted the role of the German economy in offering its expertise in structured cabling, network infrastructure, and mechanical & electrical engineering contributing to the development of this sector in Azerbaijan.
