Negotiation is a critical business skill and impacts organizations both in formal and informal interactions. Negotiation mastery equips you with the abilities to close deals that might otherwise be deadlocked. It maximizes value in the agreements you reach, and resolve differences before they escalate into costly conflicts. In today's fast-paced globalization and digitization time, online negotiation skills can significantly impact your competency in the international marketplace.
