Professional image and sales skills are of valuable importance in the business environment. For this reason, AHK Azerbaijan has decided to organise a career and business workshops, aiming at developing those skills in a sustainable and market-oriented way. AHK Azerbaijan offers three different and independent trainings, which will take place online.

Program

Short description of each workshop:

Personal Branding: We will look deeper into the meaning of personal branding and why it could be relevant and crucial for professionals and their employers to work on personal branding. We are living in a highly competitive environment and an already established personal brand can help to stick out from the crowd. A carefully planned personal branding strategy will be a tool to uplift your reputation. We are going to look especially how LinkedIn can help to establish and maintain your brand.

LinkedIn – How to create an impressive profile? During this workshop, we are going to look at LinkedIn and how we can best utilise it for professional visibility. Needless to say, that a great profile page will increase your chances.  Besides some advance tips on how to best leverage it to make it to your marketing tool and networking engine.

Sales & Negotiation: We are going to take the sales steps into parts to make it a process. This will allow us to have a structured approach and make sales faster. Besides, we are going to look into certain negotiation methods, some techniques and tips & tricks to get the best deal for yourself (and also for your opponent). Finally, we are going to cover the topic business negotiation to make you ready to discuss your next deals successfully.

Each workshop comprises a total of 90 minutes of learning time.

After completing the workshop, you will receive a digital certificate of attendance by the trainer.

About the trainer: Mr. Mustafa Toga

Over a decade Mr. Toga worked as a Senior Sales Director and Hiring Manager for two major software companies, with a focus on creating and cultivating a culture of winning team and building a talent pool. His expertise lies in hiring top talents, team building, demand generation, sales, pro-activeness and empathetic listening. His main focus is working with young talents and being trusted advisor throughout the early stage of their career.

Mr. Toga is author of a bestselling book called “The Jump: Land your dream job” that based on his experience as a hiring manager. The book is about the whole job search process, with tons of practical information that a job seeker needs. In addition, it helps the reader to look inside and understand what is important in life and how to grow and be happy through your career ad personal life.

The participation fee: 50 AZN per workshop and 100 AZN for all three workshops.  The prices quoted do not include value added tax.

The price includes learning materials and digital certificate of attendance.

The participation fee has to be paid for begin of workshop. Each workshop needs to have at least 10 participants for initiation of the program.

Requirements and registration

The prerequisite is a good command of the English language.

Target groups of the course are:

Young professionals who aim to level up their sales and negotiation skills, want to have professional image business environment both in online job portals and one-to-one meetings. 

All participants will be preselected. Participation is only possible after confirmation.
