Senior Experts Service (SES)
The SES, which has its headquarters in Bonn, is a foundation of the German economy that provides consulting services based on the principle of “helping people to help themselves”.
The SES is the leading German organisation for voluntary assignments carried out by retired specialists and executives from various sectors of industry who are ready to share their knowledge and experience with others. The AHK Azerbaijan is the official representative of the Senior Experts Service (SES) project in Azerbaijan. Detailed information on the organisation can also be found at www.ses-bonn.de.

Terms of SES project implementation
- Submission of the completed application form to the local SES representative
- Confirmation of the application request by SES Bonn and start of the expert search
- Signing an agreement with the customer and the expert
- Expert's advice as the goal of the application request
- Personal responsibility of the customer to what extent he/she implements the recommendations
Financing of SES assignment
- The customer pays the travel costs as well as catering and accommodation costs of the experts during their stay in the country.
- In exceptional cases, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) may assume travel costs and SES administrative expenses.
